Assistive Technology Lab

The Special Education program has an assistive technology lab (Jordan Hall 211) that's used for training special education teachers in the use of special devices for students with special needs. Undergraduate and graduate special education courses are taught in the lab.

The lab has such assistive technology devices as augmentative and alternative communication devices, specially adapted switch-controlled toys, and specially equipped computers that provide access to children with physical and cognitive deisbailities.
